As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Warehouse in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or contractors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, driver, and contractor entry and exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
• Observe and report conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged fencing, blocked access routes, or suspicious activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
