You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the technology location, including building interiors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while helping to deter unwanted activity through a visible professional presence.
