Security Officer Badge Control Patrol
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer Badge Control Patrol in Berkeley, Missouri, at a logistics and distribution location. The officer will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, respond to alarms, use computer or tablet systems, and provide customer service and communication. The scheduled shifts are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing may be required under applicable state or local laws. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse, distribution, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
- Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers according to site procedures.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while supporting a professional environment at the distribution location.
