About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a construction site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The officer will monitor security systems and surveillance screens, identify threats, help protect people and property, and respond to incidents. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $17.50, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
