Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech and media location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access attempts according to site guidelines.
• Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and assisting with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs as appropriate for the location.
