About The Position

Perform daily security, safety, and public service duties. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, while assisting in various aspects of the facilities department.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CCTV and Access Software
• Must be observant and detail oriented
• Have a helpful and professional personality
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see, and hear.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Must use hands and fingers to operate equipment/controls/computer.
• Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned.
• Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Security experience preferred
• Outstanding Customer service experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer security programs that control access to all of the campuses to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
• Daily documentation of events that have occurred on campus(es)
• Conduct regular patrols of all campus buildings and assist with events and activities located on the campus(es)
• Professional customer service with employees, guests, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers
• Able to manage complex issues in a calm professional manner, while ensuring the safety of employees and the campus(es)
• Develop a working relationship with local law enforcement
• Utilize security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control points.
• Adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and COPs as directed by the Company and Food & Drug Administration
