About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an unarmed Security Officer Front Door Watch in Anaheim, California. The Security Officer serves and safeguards clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate. The role involves responding calmly to incidents and critical situations and conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

This is a full-time swing-shift position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 1300–2100 hours, at $22.32 per hour. The position offers benefits and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
