As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Monitoring in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Professional at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate professionally with customers and team members while supporting a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven environment through teamwork.

Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate store personnel and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Assist with access control, delivery and vendor check-in, and maintaining a visible professional presence to help deter theft and unauthorized activity.
