About The Position

As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Patrol Operations in MOORESTOWN, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Requirements

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Report suspicious activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to site leadership and/or appropriate emergency personnel.
