Requirements

At least 18 years of age or older.
Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with report writing.
Monitoring and surveillance experience.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

Valid PPSB NC Security License preferred.
Previous security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle/foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity.
Conduct access control at the gatehouse, including greeting and identifying residents/guests, logging vehicles, and announcing visitors.
Provide customer service at the front desk, manage access control, monitor CCTV, distribute packages, and announce visitors.
Write reports.
Monitor and conduct surveillance.
