About The Position

As a Security Officer in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, provide strong customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• prior Law Enforcement or Military experience

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observed concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and document daily events, incidents, and security-related observations in appropriate reports.
