Requirements

• Must have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Must have an active DoD TS-SCI clearance.
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Must be 21 or more years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response guidelines at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns and report issues promptly.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with site policies.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, noting maintenance or life protection concerns, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.
