Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting incidents and completing required documentation.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and local responders as needed to support security-related operations.
