About The Position

We are seeking a reliable individual to assist with monitoring access to apartment buildings while walkway coating is curing during an upcoming Walkway Coating Project. This is a temporary, as-needed position that may be a good opportunity for someone looking for occasional or supplemental income. Once the coating is applied, the walkways must remain closed until the coating has fully cured. During this time, apartment occupants may need to access their units through their lanai doors, and the monitor’s primary responsibility is to screen and control access to the affected apartments.

Requirements

Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to remain attentive for extended periods.
Professional and courteous when interacting with occupants.
Able to work flexible hours depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

Monitor access to designated apartments while coating is curing.
Prevent individuals from entering areas that are closed for curing.
Allow access when appropriate and direct occupants as needed.
Remain on-site and attentive throughout the assigned shift.
Communicate any issues or concerns to the project team.
