Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, if required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe building activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with site protocols.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by assisting with visitor directions, monitoring vendor and contractor activity, and completing routine reports related to security-related incidents and observations.
