Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule and float between posts and shifts.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Comfort standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Meet any applicable state or local security-officer licensing requirements.
Pass background screening in line with company standards.

Nice To Haves

Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is a plus.
Retail, food service, or hospitality experience is considered a good fit.

Responsibilities

Cover assigned posts and shifts as needed, including days, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends.
Control facility access by checking IDs and badges, managing visitors, and monitoring entry and exit points.
Conduct interior and exterior patrols, checking doors, parking areas, and common spaces.
Observe and report security or safety issues, and respond to alarms and incidents.
Write clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Provide professional, courteous customer service and information to employees and visitors.
Follow site-specific post orders, company policies, and client-site regulations and directives.
Actively monitor premises and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
