As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity at the location to help support authorized entry, report suspicious behavior, and/or document security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and/or daily activity logs while following post orders and assisting with security-related needs across the property.
