Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor badges or passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures.
Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the facility, direct authorized individuals to appropriate locations, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity to site leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
