About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Officer. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, as you will be interacting with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassure them, and inspire confidence. This position is on-call and flexible, offering a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for career growth within GardaWorld.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A TWIC CARD
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- You have a state license if required
Nice To Haves
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
