About The Position

As a full-time Front Desk Driver Concierge Security Officer at a utilities location in Liverpool, NY, you will help safeguard the site while providing customer service and communication. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and help maintain a secure, professional environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. This is a driving position and requires a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.39 per hour. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may need to be met before employment.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required for this driving position.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a utility operations location, following site-specific procedures and access requirements.
Greet and direct visitors, issue visitor credentials, maintain visitor logs, and support sign-in and sign-out processes at the front desk.
Monitor assigned access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems, and report unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond professionally and calmly to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and communicate relevant security information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
