As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Baytown, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communication procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility buildings, operational areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor and report security-related concerns, unauthorized access attempts, hazardous conditions, and equipment issues to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation with accurate and timely information.
