About The Position

As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Trophy Club, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid is preferred.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening practices, helping to support authorized entry and redirect individuals according to location guidelines.
  • Support a professional atmosphere by assisting with de-escalation, answering questions, and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders when needed.
