About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer to support a food and beverage location in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. The officer will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. The role also involves providing customer service to employees and visitors, monitoring access and delivery activity, and responding to security concerns with integrity and professionalism. The listed schedule is Monday and Sunday, 9:30 PM–5:30 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations while following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned food and beverage production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic according to site procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions, and report them to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
