About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer for an aerospace and defense location in Hampton, Arkansas. The role involves driving and patrolling assigned facilities and grounds, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting a secure environment, and providing customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors. The officer follows site-specific procedures, responds to incidents and alarms, monitors access, and documents observations and unusual conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located; required for this driving position.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating information according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization according to site requirements.
Document patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
