About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver to serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location in Roseville, California. The role involves driving patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, supporting a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers, providing customer service, and responding to security-related needs with integrity. The position is full-time and pays $19.40 per hour. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access by observing personnel, visitors, and vehicle activity and following site-specific entry and visitor procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts as directed.
Help maintain orderly movement of people and vehicles around shipping and receiving operations and report unusual or security-related concerns.
