About The Position

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Residential Building in Boston MA. Sundays 800 AM - 400 PM (With option for more shifts). Starting Pay is $21.25 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training. Life doesn’t always follow a fixed schedule. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain clear, accurate activity and incident documentation.
Support a professional environment by providing directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, or access-control concerns to property representatives.
