About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a flexible role whose duties vary by day and special event. The officer may provide customer service, conduct patrols, or perform surveillance, adapting to changing assignments while helping protect people and property. The position is based in Northgate, Washington, and requires open availability for first, second, and third shifts. The hourly wage is $21.50. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license.
• Clean motor vehicle report.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• State security license if required.
