About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer to provide security services at sites and special events in Baltimore City and surrounding areas. The role varies by assignment and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring adaptability and quick responses to changing situations. Officers help protect people and property, monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents, document events, and coordinate with authorities when necessary. The schedule is flexible, and availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a valid security license.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Military or law enforcement experience.
• Security experience.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.

Responsibilities
