About The Position
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Security Officer to provide security services to a major Industrial facility. In this role, you will provide access control, monitor cameras and visitor activity, verify visitor and employee access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
Requirements
- Level 2 security license or the ability to obtain one.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work morning shifts
Responsibilities
- Verify the credentials of truck drivers, employees, contractors, and visitors
- Confirm all site visits with approved personnel
- Report gate malfunction and visitor access control issues to management
- Monitor CCTV cameras
- Respond to complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
