As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Operations in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and tenants by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a healthcare medical office location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and report security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with site-specific policies.
