About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will serve and safeguard clients at a commercial property in Ashville, Ohio. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. The role includes conducting routine patrols, responding to security-related concerns, communicating professionally with tenants and visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. The listed schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Pay is $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting policy violations and suspicious activity according to site procedures.
Complete required reports, logs, and communications accurately and promptly.
