About The Position

Allied Universal is currently hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Healthcare Company in Quincy, MA. This role involves serving and safeguarding clients in a healthcare setting. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to routine concerns with integrity. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
