About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in College Station, Texas. The role involves monitoring security systems and observing screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats before they escalate. Officers also document incidents, respond to emerging situations, patrol premises, control access to secure areas, and help protect people and property. The schedule requires open availability, including willingness to work odd hours and under pressure. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a post-offer background check and drug screening.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Hold a state license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license with no restriction B and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate a stable work history.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods.
• Have computer and social skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
• Be willing and able to work odd hours and under pressure.
