About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for flex coverage in Plano, Texas. The role requires a driver's license and open availability for varying shifts. The officer prioritizes customer service, patrols the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or suspicious activity, monitors the property for rule infractions, and serves as a point of contact for incidents and emergencies. The position includes observing and reporting activity at the assigned location, responding rapidly to critical situations, preparing detailed reports, and enforcing customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Requirements
- Must have a driver's license.
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Must be able to pass an extensive screening process.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have high customer service skills.
- Have a state license if required.
