About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to serve and safeguard clients. In this visitor-access role, you will help maintain a professional environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, greeting visitors, communicating with personnel, following site procedures, and providing customer service. The position pays $14.50 per hour, with weekly pay. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Applicants must be at least 18 for unarmed roles (21 or older for armed roles) and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience is preferred. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing may be required under applicable state or local rules. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, screening visitors, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observe unusual activity, and report security-related concerns.
• Help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
