About The Position

As a part-time Security Officer Part Time Driver Compliance in Aurora, Illinois, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries including logistics and distribution. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven team. The role is scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Part-time officers may use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
