As a Security Officer Driver Entry Screening in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help monitor entry activity, screen people and/or materials, and support routine patrols and site protocols. This is a driving post offering the chance to stay active, use technology, and deliver strong customer service while representing Allied Universal with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items entering or leaving the location in accordance with site policies and documented post orders.
• Monitor entry and exit points for unauthorized activity and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or irregularities in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with attention to loading, shipping, receiving, and other logistics-related areas where working conditions may vary.
