Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production-adjacent areas, parking areas, loading and receiving zones, and perimeter points, with awareness that conditions may vary across the site.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly site operations, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Support incident reporting, visitor and/or contractor processing, and communication with site leadership regarding security-related matters, policy questions, and changing conditions at the location.
