Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and help to discourage security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support daily operations with strong communication and customer service while bringing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every interaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor and/or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced restaurant location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the restaurant property, including dining areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support closing and opening routines as directed, including observing exterior areas, checking doors and gates, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or cleanliness issues that could affect the location.
