About The Position

The Security Officer supports the safety and security of Waldorf Astoria Washington DC while delivering professional, memorable guest service. The role monitors hotel premises, assists with incident investigations and emergency response, and maintains accurate security documentation. The position is described as overnight.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of incidents, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist with responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
