Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
  • Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information, manage visitor access records, and direct guests to appropriate areas in accordance with site requirements.
  • Monitor entry activity, respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Maintain awareness of lobby and reception-area activity to help deter unauthorized access and support a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide general site information, and complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation accurately and promptly.
