About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer at an arts and hospitality location in Dallas, Texas, you will help safeguard clients, guests, and staff. The role combines routine patrols and security procedures with welcoming customer assistance. You will maintain a visible presence, communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and work with the team to support a positive environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements imposed by applicable state or local laws; licensing may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
CPR and First Aid certification.
A Guard Card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols of public areas, galleries, entrances, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor flow, directions, and compliance with site guidelines.
Document and report security incidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site-specific procedures.
