About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Bronx, NY. The officer will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and supporting access control activities. The position also involves assisting visitors and staff through outstanding customer service and clear communication. The role requires following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding calmly to incidents and critical situations, and carrying out emergency response activities when appropriate. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The pay rate is $16.61–$17.61 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law as a condition of employment.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
