Requirements
- At least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License / Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to stand for up to 8-hour periods
- Must be able to do extensive walking and stair climbing
- Must be able to lift 10lbs
- Valid state licensing, if applicable
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with report writing
- Monitoring and surveillance experience
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Some open schedule availability
- Weekend and holiday availability is required

Responsibilities
- Deter criminal activity, protect property, and enforce rules on a property.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position.
- Patrol areas and conduct security checks.
- Provide protection for equipment and workers.
- Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals entering and exiting premises.
- Perform foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior (Rover position).
- Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, and control access to the property (Gatehouse position).
- Acknowledge and greet guests with courtesy and urgency, provide customer service, control access, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, and distribute packages (Front Desk position).
