Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues observed throughout the location.
Support a fast-paced technology-focused location by remaining visible, following post orders, and assisting with security-related procedures for employees, guests, and deliveries.
