Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify authorized access, and support visitor processing in accordance with site policies and banking location procedures.
• Support closing and opening routines as assigned, including checking designated areas, observing for irregular conditions, and communicating any security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations.
