About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Screening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role provides consistent hours at an assigned site, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. The designated site and weekly anchor shift require a six-month commitment. The position may offer opportunities to increase hours up to 40 per week, with the ability to scale back.

The stated schedule is Monday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The pay rate is $14.50 per hour, with weekly pay. The role supports site security and customer service through access control, patrols, incident response, and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, undergo a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor activity, and directing authorized personnel and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with company and site procedures.
