Security Officer Full Time Driver Credential Processing
About The Position
As a Security Officer at an industrial location in West Memphis, Arkansas, you will safeguard clients by managing entry points, verifying credentials, supporting badge processes, and maintaining a professional presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, provide customer service, and use technology to document activity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. The position is full-time and pays $19.75 per hour. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized individuals according to location procedures.
- Respond calmly and professionally to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations, escalating matters according to established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.
- Communicate clearly with site personnel and document observations, incidents, and completed activities.
