About The Position
The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling a variety of locations. The officer preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives for the client site relating to personnel, visitors, and the area. Security Officers also frequently provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. Securitas provides training for candidates entering the security industry. The posting notes that candidates with retail, food service, or hospitality backgrounds may be a good fit, but no experience is necessary.
