As a Security Officer Patrol Incident Response in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a busy public transportation location. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide courteous assistance to passengers, employees, and visitors. Requirements

  • Have at least one year of security-related experience.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and transit personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, facilities, and surrounding perimeters to help identify suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, contacting emergency services and/or designated personnel as needed.
  • Monitor public areas and access points, help to deter unauthorized activity, and provide directions or assistance to members of the public.
  • Document patrol activity, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns through clear and timely reports.
